Does this tv work with the Alexa device ? null

From what I've seen, pairing Google Home and Alexa with this TV involves the same process that requires the LG app. Unfortunately the LG app does not appear to work in the US. I've spent a while trying to get it working with my Google Home, but it simply does not connect. After searching online, I saw other forums where users say that the app indeed does not work in the USA.
