Hello BryBryJ. The differences between the LG NanoCell 9 Series 2020 4K Smart UHD NanoCell TV w/ AI ThinQ® and the LG NanoCell 8 Series 2020 4K Smart UHD NanoCell TV w/ AI ThinQ® is not uniform across the board and will vary within each series. In the NanoCell 9 Series, you have the NANO99UNA, NANO91ANA, and NANO90UNA and in the NONA * Series you have the NANO85UNA, NANO81ZNA, It would be easier to give you the differences between individual TVs rather than to try and generalize the differences between the series since each series has several different models that will vary within the series.
