When a screen appears dark or dims automatically, it is often related to specific settings within the unit designed to manage power or adapt to ambient light, such as the Energy Saving mode or AI Brightness functions. To help improve the visibility of the screen, we recommend checking the Energy Saving settings. You can do this by pressing the [Settings] button on your remote, navigating to the Picture menu, and ensuring that the Energy Saving Step is set to "Off" or a lower level, as this feature reduces power consumption by dimming the backlight.
