• Yes, model 75UP8070PUA will support simultaneous audio from the TV's internal speakers and an optical device with adjusting the Sound Out settings. Settings > Sound > Sound Out > Use Multiple Speakers. ^Daphane

• Yes you can, just configure in settings. We have optical output for external speakers and the tv speakers all work together.
