Factors such as resolution, picture mode, etc. can affect picture quality. It would be recommended to stream a few test videos and see if the problem continues. ^ Jamal
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The one in the store is set to store mode which produces a brighter picture. Plus I'm sure they have been professionally calibrated. Search the internet for LED tv calibration and try adjusting your tv. Or you can call GEEK Squad and ask if they still do calibrations.
