“Can this TV access Apple TV+ without the Apple TV streaming box? To be clear can I access Apple TV+ using the TV remote? Second, does this TV have bluetooth for a wireless headphone device or do I need to plug something into the headphone jack on the TV”

You can install the Apple TV app from the WebOS store to access Apple TV + (https://us.lgappstv.com/main/tvapp/detail?appId=990564&catCode1=&moreYn=N&cateYn=N&orderType=0&headerName=&appRankCode=&sellrUsrNo=) to my knowledge you cannot connect Bluetooth headphones to the TV
