Everything is included and the mount is a real piece of engineering. The TV is essentially flush on the wall and using the Gallery Mode is incredible. That said, this cannot be your first install (or second). You will need a receptacle on the wall as well as your TV inputs. It's not REAL heavy but it is a 2 man job. Good Luck, it will be worth it!

Specifications do not say the screws are include, if not included, be sure to use M6 that meet the VESA standard.
