- Answer We have a newer house with the standard 3 foot door opening. The refrigerator did not fit. They had to take off the doors to the frig and the house.

QuestionWater and ice taste bad, even after replacing the filter. Can you not use the filter?Replaced the filter every month and still tastes bad.

- Answer Does your normal tap water taste better? If it does you may want a plumber to come out and look at the line for the water to your fridge it may be corroded and need to be replaced. If your tap water doesn't taste any better you may need to look into a whole house filtration unit. We have a whole house soft water filtration system as our water is very hard in our area and then the filter on the fridge as well and our water tastes amazing. If those aren't the issues I would contact best buy immediately as this should be covered under the warranty.

Question2 big bins instead of 3 smaller bins?i saw this in kenmore model made by lg but the crisper bins are 2 big bins instead of 3 smaller bins. do u have a model just like that in black ss?

- Answer Read the post under Gene. The doors to the refigerator will have to be removed and reinstalled this is very easy by just following the directions in the owner-s manual

- Answer About 36". Problem is that it is 36" depth as well and that makes it very difficult to get into homes with a standard door width. Almost had to have them walk around back and bring it up my deck.

- Answer The in-door ice maker holds one bins load of ice and depends on a sensor to turn the maker off until the bin volume is reduced. When the bin is properly full, it should b e removable without losing ice off of the top. Check to see that sensor is not some how obstructed. Look at your owners manual for ideas.

QuestionI just got this unit about a month now. I can't seem to get a standard 2 liter bottle of soda to fit standing up. The only way is to fold up shelf above it but then I loose half of that shelf. I have shelves adjusted at there max positions. Please help
