Hi Toto, Regrettably, we are not familiar with what a "Hotwire TV" is and will need some clarification and we will also need to know what connectivity it has. The most common way to connect any Soundbar to a TV is via the Soundbar's Optical Digital Audio Input which can be connected to a TV's Optical Digital Audio Output. If the LG Soundbar you are interested in is the LG Eclair SE6 Smart Sound Bar with Dolby Atmos® and Apple Airplay 2, Model # SE6S, the soundbar is a Bluetooth-enabled Soundbar that can be paired with a Bluetooth-enabled TV to stream audio wirelessly to the soundbar from the TV.
