These are features of a carrier locked device. There may be applications available for download via the Google Play Store that support these features. ^CP
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.AT&T unlike Verizon for example does not allow you to use your own phone with their enhanced digital systems. They give you a load of BS about they can't assure your phone will work with their system ect. That includes say if you brought your own unlocked Pixel 4, which they sell! This has been an ongoing issue with them since the enhanced features came out. Verizon right away had a simple way for their users to turn the services on.j AT&T just wants to steal your money. The only reason I am still a customer of theirs is because of the friends and family plan I have will several family members. I personally got a new number and use Google Fi, but T-mobile kinda screwed them right when they were going to come out with an affordable unlimited plan they changed their contract so Fi basically has the same plan as T-mobile. I have a friend who switched to Mint that uses a lot of data and has been very happy btw.
