Yes, I'm having same issue. It's 17" 12gen. I almost cannot use it as a 'Laptop'. It's too hot. Is it just my piece or common issue?
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I've never felt any heat/warmth on the keyboard. It does get very warm on the bottom of the laptop when plugged in, but just luke warm when on battery.
