• It can display photos off a USB or off of your PC if you install the LG file sharing program (i don't recall the name at the moment), but i wouldn't recommend that as it majorly slowed down my PC as it kept processing stuff over and over.

• Yes, it does play photos from any device that you connect to the player via the usb port located on the front of the blu-ray player.

• Yes it can. On windows you will want to make sure your network is setup as your "home network" and windows media player is setup to share and stream media to that particular device.
