“Does this play ALL Region DVDs? or is this only a Region 1 player?”

• No this only plays region 1 DVDs, all so far. It's also very picky on what blu-ray discs it wants to read. I haven't really figured out why it won't read certain ones. It'll read some, not all, of what I've burned myself and it'll read some, again not all, new ones from the same region. Pain in the butt really

• This unit has a regional code printed on the rear of the unit. This unit can play only BD-ROM or DVD discs labelled same as the rear of the unit or “ALL”. ^Daphane
