A:Answer I worked with LG tech support several times to see if we could stop the freezing and choppy play from the apps and none of the fixes they recommended worked. They finally agreed to refund my money. They emailed me a form to complete, and I had to remove the labels from the back of the player and tape them to the form and return that form with a scan of my purchase receipt. That was a couple of weeks ago and we'll see if LG makes good on their promise to refund my money. I will wait for the refund, save a bit and pay more for a newer, more up-to-date unit that hopefully will have better functionality. Best of luck to you with this.
