“My sidekick seems to still have water in it after cycles are completed , you can't see it but you can here it if you spin the drum . Is this typical ? How can I fix it. Machine is 3 months old. I believe it has been like this since installation .”

If you hear a sloshing sound, but do not see water in the washing tub, then there is no issue. They put a balance ring beneath the tub to balance the load. This is mentioned in the manual for the sidekick washer.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I believe there's a drain tube back in the washer. Get a shallow pan and place it and get the water in the pan out from the tube. Then insert it back completely, Otherwise it will leak. Another solution is to press the extra rinse 5 times until spin only is in.
