You dont have the company start up logo popping up on the phone when you restart the phone and the bloatware they install on it. Plus the unlocked one you can go anywhere and install a sim and do what you do best.

Please try again later.If you buy it from Best buy out right you don't have to sign up with any one unless you want to, but if you're getting a deal you'll have to be stuck with a company and if you bail out earlier than your contract they'll charge you. My company of choice is AT&T, but they were charging $60 more than Best Buys and I would have to pay a monthly instead of buying it outright. They gave me a free sym card since I am already their customer.
