“I have a nano sim card from my ZTE phone that I'm currently using...I use straight talk..can I just put the card in the LG phone and I will have service? Will I still need to contact Straight talk or will it just work by inserting the sim card?”

You may need to contact Straight Talk to update them of the phone's IMEI number before using the phone with their services. We would recommend reaching out to Straight Talk directly to see their policy when using a new phone. ^CP
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It will likely just be a simple physical SIM swap to make it work. The only carrier I have ever had to contact to switch unlocked phones with is Sprint and their MVNOs because of the way they authenticate phones on their network.
