A:AnswerWhile the tips are not magnets and it doesn't have a retract button, to retract the earbuds, just simple pull gently on the earbud and they will retract. ^CP

A:AnswerCan't say why. First set lasted me three years. Second lasted 6 months before cord Jammed up and stripped the wire. They sound great, I can use them in my jeep with no roof. I've even used them on my motorcycle traveling 30 mph. That's the only reason that I have bought more.
A:AnswerIf you purchased the warranty you can just send them in and get them fixed. But if you didn’t then I would contact LG to see what it would take to get it fixed.
