You need to download and install the LG Tone & Talk™ on your phone from the Google Play store (Android™ OS) or in the App Store® (iOS) which supports various functions including text & voice directions and calling on the LG TONE Style HBS-SL6S Bluetooth® Wireless Stereo Headset. You can also scan the QR codes in the owner's manual for the HBS-SL6S to install LG Tone & Talk™. Some features may not be activated on iOS devices...^IFV
