“I just got this monitor, and it will not let me have my display settings to 1440p at 120hz on my Xbox one S. I have turned off Adaptive Sync, HDR is off and it will still not let me select those settings. I have looked everywhere, but nothing worked.”

• Xbox one S can not run 1440 at 120hz. You would need the Xbox one X to run those specs.

• Hey, I don’t know how it works for xbox, but on playstation 5 there is a way to change the games to performance mode. Check the settings on your xbox to see if you have such feature. Hope this helped.
