I believe that this monitor can only go to 100Hz@1440p with VRR enabled (adaptive sync) for the xbox series x. You can turn it off though which will look fine and you can run up to 144Hz@1440p. I don't know about the ps5 though.

This is not a 4K monitor, 27" QHD (2560 x 1440) IPS Display. Yes, the monitor will display 2560 x 1440 at 120Hz with Adaptive Sync enabled. ^Daphane
