“I just got this monitor for my Xbox Series X. The graphics are dull and not sharp/clear on any game. What could be the issue? I have my xbox settings on 1400p and 120 hz.”

Monitor 27GN800-B has a recommended 2560 x 1440 @ 144Hz. This monitor does not have HDMI 2.1 and will not support 4K@120Hz. This is wrong, it runs at 1440p 120hz fine on my monitor just fine. As to the problems with dull graphics are you sure you have the settings on your xbox set correctly.

From my understanding you can’t run the QHD with the 120 on.
