Absolutely not. Smart TVs will be labeled as such. Although you can use it as your primary display, I do with a streaming device, it's main purpose is that of a PC monitor.

Its a gamimg monitor, im sure you can watch netflix and others from your xbox or playstation, but doesnt have built in speakers.
