Can it be cut to certain lengths or no? null

You can cut them in half and expose the surface contacts to get two strips 1.65' each however it will be up to you and you soldering skills to reconnect them with fine wire. I used Cat 5 network cable wire and it works just fine.

Yes but once you cut parts of it then the parts you cut cant be used anymore! Unless you have some sauntering knowledge lol
