“Does the internet speed get throttled when using multiple devices on the same switcher and can I use ANY kind of ethernet cable? I will be connecting 1 desktop, an xbox, and 2 macbook pros for uploading media, I currently have 1GBPS up & down”

• Hi. The speed shouldn’t throttle when using the switch, it should get whatever the router provides. Any Ethernet cable will do but we suggest using one that supports up to a gigabit connection to maximize your subscribed speed.
