Yes unless your IP Phones are POE. If the plug into a power outlet and a network cable you are fine. If not. And they I ly have a network cable you will need to purchase either a POE switch or extra hardware to power the phone.

Does your iPhone require a ethernet connection? I doubt it.....so no.....its only compatible with equipment that uses ethernet.
