Our Linksys 5 port is connected via a 500 ft ethernet cord directly to our eero wifi extender device and our other devices are connected to the Linksys 5 in the other rooms. We still have wifi connected for the TVS and phones and the game system and my work office are connected to the Linksys 5 port.
