Yes, I am running Windows 10 with WiFi and Ethernet cable hooked up and it works both ways.

Yes, it will work with windows 10. I’m not sure why it would not work with the VPN

Of course it will work. As long as your Win10 device supports a standard wifi protocol, it'll connect (e.g. 802.11ac or 802.11n, etc.)

Yes, it will, Clemgrad85; however, if you set up the Linksys RE6500 with Windows 10 computer, then it'll not work. Also, this device will just boost the wireless signal of your main router and does not have a feature for VPN connection.
