• Yes, cli5. You can use the Linksys EA8300 router with AT&T ISP or any ISP as long as the modem supports Ethernet connection.

• I use it with Spectrum Internet Service and it works great for me, not sure about AT&T. Sorry

• Not sure but I have Comcast an have my own modem and router don't have at&t in our neighborhood yet.
