• This is compatible with any any provider that can provide a cat 5e feed line.

• This is a router and has nothing to do with your ISP. If your Modem has a ethernet port then the signal from your modem is compatible with this device. The router goes downstream from the Modem so has no bearing on ISP compatibility. The router only gives you more connection to the signal your Modem receives.

• It does not have a modem built in so does require one supplied by Spectrum (Free, they charge extra for WiFi). That said it is compatable with the modems provided by Spectrum.
