Make sure that you have your Blu tooth on when setting up the second one. Also it has to be out just right to catch the Signal. That it takes a second or minutes and it will start running.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. We initially had difficulty connecting the 2nd node - our computer is upstairs. We had to position the 2nd node so it was closer to the bottom of the stairs and more in line with where the node upstairs was at. Once we did that, it worked just fine.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You must connect one device at a time. One will be connected to your modem while other(s) will be connected individually via a wireless connection. Again, work on one unit at a time and follow the directions.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You have to download the Linksys app on your iPhone or Android device. You HAVE to place the 2nd node within range so that it will connect with the 1st node. If you are too far away or there are too many obstructions, the Linksys app will tell you to change positions/move the 2nd node and try again. If you are in that situation, the light on the 2nd node will remain purple. I had to change positions of the 2nd node once (~ 2 feet closer) before it connected. I've left it there and the light at the top has remained blue. Your mileage may vary depending on the materials between the 1st and 2nd nodes.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It is possibly to far away from the other one. They have to be able to talk to each other. Try moving it to another location and see if that works.
