• I originally bought one then added one more. Linksys doesn’t recommend more than three per system. My house is 2009 ft.² but it is one level. If you have a two-story house with a basement I would put one on each floor.

• yes. You can. Follow the app prompts. We started with a 2-base unit, and added a third for better coverage. It was just as easy setting up as the previous two.
