Many people out there that write reviews get products ahead of time to test and review. The reviews are not fake. I just submitted a review of my own.

Please try again later.There are people who get retail versions of devices before they are released for the purpose of trying the product out, testing it in the real world, and then they post an honest review. I'm sure there may be fake reviews or poorly done reviews but there are also legitimate pre-release product reviews as well. Hope that answers your question.

I can say it is a great device with a few issues with setting it up but then it works, and works really well. I have tested numerous routers over the years and recently. This is by far the fastest for both wireless and wired connections.
