“I recently had a new router set up in my home. I have 3 notes I tried to reconnect to my router from Verizon. The primary note light is solid blue. The other 2 notes are solid pink. What am I doing wrong? I Tried resetting.”

It could be the other nodes are not picking up the primary node. Try bringing the other nodes closer to the primary node. Next room right upstairs or the room right below your primary node if the other node in the basement. It should detect. Use the Linksys app to add another node.
