The size is much like the new iPhone 12, I think about 3 x 6? I shopped around everywhere for a user-friendly phone for my mother, it is Best with Wi-Fi so as not to spend so many data minutes on the open network. I find the size to be pretty good unless you want to go to the iPhone plus models. I think if you’re not super familiar with using a smart phone you probably won’t like an iPhone but you probably will like this. Keep in mind, To use a jitterbug phone you have to buy your minutes etc. from the carrier “great call” , the plans are more expensive than you could get from an AT&T or Verizon but they do have safety features and I find them to be well worth it
