Hello, thank you for your interest in the Jitterbug Smart2. The Smart2 does come with a charger. The battery stand by time is up to 400 hours and the talking time is up to 12 hours, however, battery life can be affected by how often it is used and accessing the internet. Also, the signal strength and some features, like Bluetooth or vibrate will drain the battery faster. You can use your Smart2 while charging and we recommend you charge it daily.
