- Answer No. You have to purchase a cell phone plan from Lively. I think that Lively uses the Verizon cell phone network. Verizon supports 4G across the entire country. It may not stream videos as fast as a 5G phone, but seniors will not be watching that many videos or downloading data.

- Answer I wouldn't trust it. Lively, the company that owns the Jitterbug, lied about the details on their contract with me, resulting in a substantial fee when they didn't inform a minor that he was going over his data limit, and I had no capacity to see what was going on. Just because it's in the contract doesn't mean they'll honor it.

- Answer Hello there is a one time activation fee for $35.00. Lively allows you the option to transfer your cell or home phone number at no cost, as long as your number is still available. There are instructions on how to do so included with the box -- just make sure you do not cancel your previous service until the transfer is complete. - Answer Hello Nick, good question. The only reason we would ask for the last 4 of your social security number is if you are transferring your phone number from a previous carrier.
