Please try again later.Due to past situations with Lively and late night & wee-early morning nonsensical signals to my phone appearing to be for naught, I cannot "trust" asking Customer Service anything. My January 2024 payment was denied twice by online & via phone attempts for no known reason by Customer Service and my Bank verified that the payment was NOT denied on their end. I just need to know "is it Lively that is sending the UPDATE MESSAGE to download into my phone?" BestBuy should know the answer. Thank you in advance for an answer.
