Great question! The Jitterbug Smart3 phone has the ability to connect to Wi-Fi and internet access with the desired plan that best works for you. The Jitterbug Smart3 phone does include the Google Play Store where there is a variety of applications you can download for your personal needs.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.In my experience it requires Wi-Fi and internet to setup. Once setup, it should no longer require either. It is pretty much a standard Android phone and one can install all apps from the Google Play Store. It does require a cell phone plan from Lively. The plans are competitive with cell phone plans from other cell phone carriers. The customer service representatives at Lively are extremely friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this phone.
