“My mother has the Jitterbug 2 smartphone. Just purchased about 1-2 years ago. She is having an issue with no signal showing. We have tried switching over to Airplane mode and back again, turning it off and on. Sometimes this works and sometimes it doesnt.”

I had that issue with the regular jitterbug red one but this one gets signal anywhere I'm at I live way out in the swamp green swamp it gets good signal
