“My video works but my mic does not work. Besides the mic on/off button is there something I need to do to make the mic work? Is it suppose to work by just plugging it into the USB port or do I need to do something specifically?”

I do not have any technology expertise at all. I am old-school: I plug something In, and expect it to work.
