“bought the c270 webcam....plugged it in , message says won't work with 3.0 usb......need a 2.0........what to do ??????”

• Plug it into a different USB port, not all ports are USB v3.0 some are USB v2.0

• Try a different port. Usually, computers have more than one of the different speeds (1.0, 2.of, etc)

• This is a a little vague as a bit more info may be needed before we can fully figure out whats wrong, but it is possible that you just plugged thje webcam into a USB 3.0 port (they are usually colored blue on computers / laptops. so try plugging the webcam into a USB port that is not colored.

• Buy a usb 2.0 hub. (they work on 3.0) i believe once you get the hardware update can use it on 3.0.note this is what i did.
