It would probably be more important to see what operating systems it is compatible with. We are Windows 10. One is quite old (it was upgraded from the prior Op Sys) and we have a very fancy gaming pc as well. In general, cameras are pretty basic input/output devices.

Yes, the C615 work with Dell. It does require a USB port so if your Dell only has USB-C ports you will need an adapter to go from USB-C to USB-A.
