• I can't actually recall if there were instructions, I just plugged it in my Windows 8.1 computer, it loaded the driver, and I was set.

• Yes - When you go to Logitec website download the software for the this webcam. When you click on the new Webcam software it has a Help at the top right - click on it and you can view or print the Manual.

• Don't need a manual - Just go to vendors website and download software. Click on software and it has all that you will need.
