• Should work. Has built in microphone and auto focus. No speakers.

• Yes, it worked fine with our Toshiba HD and the brand shouldn't matter. We purchased additional inexpensive speakers, but because I had some challenges with my laptops speakers. The manufacturer has a FAQ for this product in their website that will probably answer other spec questions. We're extremely pleased with its functionality.
