If you have that big of a TV you don’t want to get a WebCam that is only 1080P. You will want to get a WebCam that is a 4K/HD WebCam otherwise you will have a more grainy looking video versus the high-quality image your TV is capable of. I would hit up Samsung support for specifics and they can move you in the right direction.

You could plug the webcam into a computer/laptop and then plug the computer into the TV to see the other people on the conference/video call, but you will not be able to plug the webcam directly into the TV.
