“Does this camera constantly stream video or can it be set to only turn on by motion activation? From everything I've read, it sounds like it is always streaming. I'm concerned that will use up too much bandwidth.”

This camera has motion detection sensors.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.this camera constantly stream to Logitech cloud and depends on what you subscribe to logi safe it notify you there is type of detection that it record on cloud i monitor this for my Comcast with 2 cameras and it is not too bad.
