Lithium ion batteries do not last long in the cold. I would get the wired version if you live in an area that drops below 45 Fahrenheit a lot. Don’t tell Al Gore but electric cars will NEVER work in places that have cold winters like We have in Michigan. Lol. If you have to go wireless I suggest a 2nd battery because you will be swapping them frequently when it’s cold. So don’t put the camera in a spot that is super hard to get to frequently. It says it’s good to -4 Fahrenheit. If I was you I would get a camera that is always on because it will heat itself while recording. Just my opinion.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have no idea. I haven’t had this camera through the winter yet. However it has weathered many storms outside this summer/fall and still works great.
