I upgraded too and had no problem at all; I have an iPad Pro 9.7. My problem was with 10.1; I tried to write an email in Spanish and translated word by word everything wrong to a whole mess, it was not easy to fix it but the keyboard had nothing to do with it.

IF your on-screen iPad keyboard is mistakenly coming up, you have to close that screen and that works too. once I just wiped the connections with a soft cloth and I haven't had any trouble since...

The one thing you may want to do which "MAY" clear up the wonkiness of your keyboard connection is totally TURN OFF your iPad for about 2 minutes. Then turn it on again, wait until it's fully booted up, and then connect it to the Logitech Create Keyboard. This should re-set your new 10.1 IOS update and make the connection great.
