“Why can’t I see the status of my mouse on logitech g hub? I have updated to the latest version of logitech g hub but I still cannot see my mouse after I connected it. I can still use it but cannot change any of the settings in the g hub.”

I had this issue as well. I would recommend deleting ghub and reinstalling. Worked for me
